Take Route 6 to exit 5. Head north on Route 149 towards West Barnstable. Travel one mile to the end of the road at the intersection of Routes 149 and 6A. Take a left on Route 6A and travel 2.5 miles. Next take a right on Sandy Neck Road (across from Amari Restaurant). The Sandy Neck Gatehouse is at the end of Sandy Neck Road (425 Sandy Neck Road, West Barnstable).
