Regulatory Review provides professional planning support, technical assistance and clerical services to the Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, Old King's Highway Historic District Committee, and Hyannis Main Street Waterfront Historic District Commission and Appeals Committee. The function provides general advice and assistance on day-to-day zoning, planning and historic issues to Town residents, businesses, and other Town entities.
