The Hyannis Youth & Community Center (“HYCC”) is owned by the
Town of Barnstable
and operated by the
Community Services Department. The
Barnstable
Recreation Division business offices are located inside the building
where you can go to register for programs. The Mission of the HYCC is to provide
state-of-the-art accessible facilities for a variety of recreational programs
and special events, competitive sports organizations, after-school activities
and opportunities for the community at large to foster educational excellence
and physical growth across all generations. Amenities include twin NHL size
rinks, a 12,500 sq ft wood floor gymnasium, locker rooms, multiple function
rooms and catering. The HYCC is available for daily rentals or long-term
contract.
