E-Bill is provided to you by an outside
company, Metropolitan Communications, LLC. This company is separate and
apart from the Town. The Town of Barnstable gives Metropolitan
Communications the bills to post for payment, but does not pay or collect
any additional fees for this service. The fees incurred will be paid by the
tax payer.
This service is being offered to citizens as an easy and convenient way to
pay Water bills on-line. Before making a
payment make sure you understand the fees charged for either an electronic
bank transaction, or a debit/credit card payment. These fees will be
charged to your bank or credit card account, and will go directly to
Metropolitan Communications. Problems with this service should be reported
directly to Metropolitan Communications. Do not call the Town of
Barnstable. You can email them directly with questions or problems at
