Town Managers Office

The Barnstable Town Managers Office is responsible for the administration of policies and programs approved by the Town Council. With the assistance of the Finance Division, the office also drafts the annual budget and ensures the budget policies and spending plans of the Council are followed through.
The office also implements sections of the Town Charter concerning management of the town.
