The Town Clerk’s Office has followed a required process which is to
“inactivate” those individuals who have not responded to the local
census.
You may not have received the census because you may have changed your
voting and/or residential address, without our knowing it. In any case,
we need you to please

If you find that your name pops up, you do need to call us so we can
help activate you again. Otherwise, when you go to vote the next time,
you will be delayed. You will have to fill out a form that affirms that
you are still in your household and show a current form of
identification.
We will also be posting the latest list of individuals who have been
added to the “inactive” list at the area post offices by mid August.
Again, if you find your name on the list, just call 508-862-4044 and we
will take your new home and mailing address and update your files.
