Regulatory Services

The Regulatory Services Department’s mission is to provide public health, public safety and environmental services to town residents and visitors so that the quality of life enjoyed by the community is sustained. Established in 1994 with the objective of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the permitting process, the Regulatory Services Department ultimately established a one-stop permitting center at 200 Main Street, Hyannis.
